This is the reason I developed and circulated this earlier on.

During the last AFRINIC workshop we did ask the participants to pay or make a contribution based on the budget and everyone did.

AFRINIC complained because their Terms and Conditions include the requirement that the workshop are run without a charge to the participants who show up on their own means. However, they eventually allowed us to raise the funds because MISPA at that time did not even have funds to cover tea, lunch, water, bandwidth, etc ... the venue costs.

However, if the MISPA Treasurer confirms that MISPA now has adequate funds then we can go by that.

I would like to propose a MISPA Management meeting next week on Thursday 29 August 2019 from 10am to finalise the arrangements.

Please confirm if you are available for such a meeting.
