[civsoc-mw] Use of indigenous languages

KB,

It is a serious issue.

We don't find solutions to keep the standards. Rather we create standards
to fit our political constituents.

We used to say one should pass English to be admitted to University. Then
someone will say, "Chinese doctors and engineers don't know English".

Completely out of context but people will clap their hands and have English
removed from university entry requirements.

It is the sad reality of the world we live in.
