[civsoc-mw] Speech by MEC chairperson during NECOF in Mangochi

Sangwani,I find the whole process conflicting.Here is a MEC chair who said she would resign if the Supreme court went against her and she is still there.There are worrying features here: if the  present discredited MEC runs the recruitment of  presiding officers, without transparency, for example.it would appear that the roots of MEC repeating their 'mistakes' are very high to say the least.
The Malawian proletariat has only one chance to speak truth to power: election time. Please let them have this opportunity and not seek to bamboozle us with niceties when both courts of ultimate juridisction have found you MEC wanting.
