[civsoc-mw] Withdrawal notices for candidates in Nsanje Central & Chikwawa East constituencies

Kalipo kalipo. Why would a UDF candidate withdraw? Perhaps he was given
tons of money. Some people were saying chakwera visit to Muluzi points to a
possible marriage of MCP with UDF dumping UTM
