[civsoc-mw] Use of indigenous languages

Let us face it, Malawi has one of the most backward mps in SADC. They would
even poke their nose in public without any compunction. They are not fit to
be an mp. To them being an no is making hewe povos tremble and kneel for
them. One wonders if they even have time to read and regurgitate bills. The
best thing then know is handicapping for tinpot dictators.
