[civsoc-mw] Suspension of Registration of New Voters in Mangochi North East

Believing is not an answer...which provisions of the Act are you referring to...this is a bye election. The judgment of the Supreme Court is distinguishable in the sense that there was a determination that the original election was void and there was need for a do over (mind you the court could have gone either way and opened a window for those who had not registered and had attained majority age since).
