[civsoc-mw] Launch of by-elections for five constituencies

['SANGWANI MWAFULIRWA' via MEC Updates]

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please find attached speech which is an address by MEC Chairman, Justice Dr Chifundo Kachale broadcast to launch the by-elections that will be held on 10 November, 2020 in the following five constituencies:   
   - Mangochi West which fell vacant on 20th December, 2019  
   - Mangochi North East which fell vacant on 8th June, 2020 
   - Phalombe North which fell vacant on 22nd June, 2020
   - Lilongwe North West which fell vacant on 8th May, 2020, and 
   - Karonga Central which fell vacant on 16th July, 2020 
The Commission will hold meetings in all the five constituencies on 10 September, 2020 to meet with all stakeholders regarding this process.
