Inu Bambo Chimimba,
You miss the point once again. To make sure that you understand, this is a
presidential Advisor with due respect, has access to the Minister and
President including ACB. She goes venting her anger on social media, even
bringing hate speech to the Minister? What if her allegations are not true?
Have you heard from the blamed parties? When I listened to this audio, I
concluded that the lady has no moral standing to be even receiving salary
as an Advisor. If it were me, I would sue this lady. Luckily, she cannot
afford to pay me or someone like my rich friend KB. Women like Martha are
the ones that create stories to tarnish image or reputation of someone. You
may wish to dig deeper into this lady's life, she may have offended many
who comes her way even at work. She must shut up her mouth, it's dirty. She
cannot advise the President with that mouth. I will not be surprised to
hear that amazunza antchito where she's working. She's rude and
unmarketable.

I have no experience in interference of politicians into civil service in
Malawi as I do not work there but isn't Martha doing the very same
interference in the audio? Is she a professional health worker? She must be
a politician who is getting her egos in a field that she has no expertise
whatsoever. If you call Martha the type of health experts in Malawi, then
you are doomed. Here, no politician can dictate on issues of
professionalism
