Beyond womening the boards, questions:

Question 1: Do the boards need special skills or education?

Question 2: why do we keep hearing the same names and surnames in some
boards from regime to regime?

Question 4: why are chiefs and faith leaders favourites when it comes to
appointment into boards?

Question 5: why are the board appointments urbancentric?
