Iwe Keyboard,

These things are there as part of known tropes, aimed at stereotyping. That is why they deserved to be condemned. We never talk about our ass kissing male bosses with equal aplomb. And have we not seen so many of those.

Had she not slept her way up it is unlikely she would have gone up nor becone a profesdor. People do all sorts of crazy things to go up. Some sleep their way though, some bribe their way, some kill, some gossip, some fake their qualifications, some deploy juju, some work hard. We should not be afraid to talk about the various ways people, men and women, use yo get to the top.

I wondered how she became a boss. I couldnt help maybe because she was a woman. It it were a man i would have thought because of tribe. That is me. I couldnt help thinking she must have slept her way up like jamara Harris. There ard many women who do that. Have you forgotten what happened at the malawi embasdy in washington? You think the woman was playing snooker?

Some people, men and women, are so petty you wonder how they got their degrees. For some women you can't avoid thinking they are like Tamara Harris - sleeping their way to the top.

But I would not advocate that any of the group is appointed solely based on the fact that he is an albino or a dwarf. Merit first. That is the same argument about women. It is not necessary for the cvs that I agree. But at least you can list names of women whom you felt were qualified but we're left out. You and the Jaji have until tomorrow to provide the list otherwise stop arguing in circles. For a start consider mathanga, Linda kunja, Jeff we Jeffrey, cash madam etc . Let me know which boards you think they can perfectly fit and deliver the mandate.

Did you not hear that old man with a PhD from Yale go to town, with his supporters, dropping those tropes: Malawi is not ready for a woman president. And there he was recently again (during the campaign) suggesting someone wanted to sleep her way to the top, as if anybody cared when he said “he wants to marry a woman”!

I for one would like to see competent women into these boards even if all the men in the boards are incompetent. Why don't you want competent women in to these boards?
