[civsoc-mw] Why is mother Malawi abused?

Say that again. Surely something is not right.

This is typical when you deal with docile people. Citizenry that never
engage authority to question how connected people suddenly amass insane
wealth.

Looting has become so much entrenched that there is hardly anyone who has
clean hands. When Bingu doubled as president and Minister of Agriculture,
an audit unearthed large of directors and above claiming Night allowances
of up to 1, 800 NIGHTS in a year that has a maximum of 365 NIGHTS.

Was anything done to those people? No. Did any one try to tell the Minister
to resign?. No. Actually, it was as if it was normal of life. Looting
starts right in the office of the president. Chisale is unrepentant or non
remorseful. In his mind denying Malawians such vast amounts of tax is
normal. To him whoever is questioning his use of customs duty exemptions to
enrich himself can go to hell.

And the nincompoop has the audacity to hold a Bible high rubbing salt into
the wounds of the povo who are denied clean water, good schools, good
hospitals with medicines, good roads, markets etc. People like Chisale
should be thrown in jail and the key thrown away.

But who, within the system, will cast the first stone? Almost everyone is
busy looting that it is now free for all. No one is held accountable.
