The problem with chiefs is that they have no written rules and are biased
in cases involving their relatives. There is no presumption of guilt until
proven innocent. They have the last word. Most of them are corrupt too.
Profits, lawyers, chiefs, doctors and NGOs are some of the most corrupt in
our land. The mete sight or smell of money makes their eyes protrude
