Previous AGs include Kaphale and Ansah. Both, at their respective times,
didn't even know their roles and responsibilities.

To have Judges who put Kaphale in his place is commendable.

Another "Judge" Ansah who claimed Constitutional court judgement is not
appealable ran to Supreme Court to appeal. This was after taking selfies
with DPP cadets and signing the winner on her way to swearing in ceremony.
It said alot about her. He must have left with a few billions. They had
thoroughly bribed her

TC, could have been one of the Judges who could have said "MEC doesn't
exist". Wrong entity sued. End of the case. Akuti we have EC not MEC.

It has happened before. This was not the first time. Funny judgements have
been made.

I followed the case and I am happy that the 5 only thought about Malawi and
constitution.
