[civsoc-mw] Update 7: Chitipa, mangochi, Ntchisi and Rumphi determined results and complaints

Dear Sir/madam,
Please find attached statement by the MEC Chairman, Justice Dr Chifundo Kachale delivered during the declaration of results for Chitipa, Mangochi, Ntchisi and Rumphi today.
Also attached are the district summary votes minus the null and void results that have been classified as valid votes. These will be added to the district total at the end of the results determination process.
