[Civsoc-mw] [NYASANET] The Budget

Some of us will sell our labour at $1 in Lilongwe rather than at $5 in
Lusaka because:
1. I just don't know why but I feel I am better off here; why? I just feel
like;

2. I will not take my 90 year old father to Lusaka but he is close by here
and for me, seeing him once in two weeks is better than the $4 dollars I am
potentially losing by not going to Lusaka.

The bottom line of course is that: people make decisions they want or are
comfortable with. No?
