The Courts are there precisely for this kind of cases. The source of the ABU story was a staff member in another Faculty whence his ignorance of my sabbatical. He was dismissed from the university immediately upon conclusion of the Court case. So I hope the Malawi libel/ slander case can follow the ABU example to give a lesson to loose tongues.
