How should we determine wrongness?

If we are talking about our QECH, the doctor would be wrong. Of
course I understand the doctor would not be wrong in Holland as there, they
have agreed that it is ok.

Then the next step or even the first is the slippery slope: whose
wrongness? Dan's? Doctor's? But using which instruments? Religion? Yes, but
whose religion. Dan's religion? Dr's religion? Wife's religion? Mother's
religion?
