[Civsoc-mw] Translating Kamuzu

I have listened to one of the translation that Tembo made and when Kamuzu
said : Mozambique, ...Tembo interpreted this as Mpanyila.
So I have always thought that Mpanyila was not in Malawi. Was the speech
referred to, Tony,.....in Mozambique?
