[Civsoc-mw] [BwalolaAphunzitsi] Diploma has expired as far as secondary school teaching is concern

In the Ministry of Health, they were able to deal with this problem by
allowing P2 grade doctors to work in the hospitals and not be at
Headquarters as was the case in the past.

But I do agree with you Dr Nthenda, that there may be need for more thought
in implementing this. In another country, my son's elementary school
principal had a Doctor of Education in Elementary Education. The other
teachers had MAs in Elementary Education.

For us, if one has a PhD in Elementary education, where will they teach? Go
to headquarters?
