I think you have sorted out my educated friend nicely. Kungotei Bingu
samamva za ena.  He was sometimes thinking like a bwandilo prostitute. Olo
kumuuza kuti go to hell, akuyankha kuti alibe transport money to go to
hell... Imagine MIPA and Malawi Export promotion Council were merged
through an executive order. In my opinion this was a very very bad
decision. Kungotinso parliament yathu leaves a lot to be desired. Such
decisions should not be made by one man.
