[Civsoc-mw] Was "Noriega" not a Hero?

Prof,
We've had this conversation on Nyasanet, as part of the obituary of Fr
O'Malley, in which some of us regarded "Noriega" as a hero and that he
should come out so that we can honour him if he is still alive. Good of you
to bring up this issue again.
