We are currently preparing a bid for a project in Malawi to deliver
school leadership training programme funded by the World Bank. It is a
36 months long project with the planned start date on 1st Apr 2018.

We are currently looking for the following expertise:

TRAINERS:
● University degree in relevant field (e.g. Education)
● At least 4 years’ experience in the delivery of school leadership training
● Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

FIELD SUPERVISORS:
● University degree in relevant field (e.g. Education)
● At least 4 years’ experience in design and delivery of field-based
survey work, preferably in schools
● Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in both
English and Chichewa
● Ability to travel 100% of the time in the first few weeks of
follow-up visits and at least 50% of time for the remainder of
follow-up visits.
