It was just a misrepresentation by the electronic mail.  My profile picture is my photo with Dr Miluzi at his BCA residence on 1 October 2014.
The inception on the photo reads: C Kachale with Dr Muluzi. There was no video taken.

We  mainly discussed the need to repatriate the remains of some of our fallen heroes  including Dr Attati Mpakati (Harare,  Zimbabwe),  Ba  Henry Chipembere (Los Angeles, USA), Ba Augustine Bwanausi (Lusska,  Zambia).

These gallant sons remain unsung heroes.

34 years after Dr Mpakati was abducted from the now closed Park Lane Hotel at midnight on 23 March 1983, shot dead in Harare Gardens by Banda's agents in conspiracy with western agents, his body still lies in a grave,  without an Epitaph or tombstone  not even a name identifying WHO lies in that grave. 

I recently made a painstaking effort to establish from the records of Warren  Hills Cemetery in Harare to identify EXACTLY where he was buried. I was guided and paid my respects. 

There was a large LESOMA  delegation from Zambia that included Prof Alufeo Cholibvumbo, whom l understand was later accidentalised in Malawi,  Dr Harry Bwanausi,  Ba Ken Mfune, my brother who was in  exile after fleeing Malawi for his life. He was a former Clerk of Parliament. 

 My brother,  Mr  Mfune took part of the delegates to the night on the eve of the burial at my house in Harare. 

On the day of the burial,  l was told by the LESOMA security not to attend the funeral,  lest l would be the next victim. 

That intimation cannot be dismissed because soon after the assassination of Dr Mpakati two Malawians,  Mr Enwood Nyirenda, then UNHCR representative,  was murdered. Then,  a former UNIMA student, Dartex Phanga, who was once detained in Malawi,  died under very mysterious circumstances.   We UNIMA Alumni had to use coded messages and passwords and had to go in small groups just to get to his residents at Witchford flats to console his family. 

Our renowned Prof Thamdika Mkandawire, attended the funeral at greet risk, fortunately Interpol, in collaboration with the Zimbabwe Republic Police  who had used spools and suffer dogs to establish the assassination of Mpakati whom they said had "died of gunshot wounds" and body dumped in s ditch opposite the hotel from where he was abducted, the ZRP immediately accorded Prof Thamdika a 24/7 guard. Banda had already put a prize tag on his head. 

Prof Thamdika had  come to Harare to launch the Zimbabwe Institutie of Development Studies. He was then Director of UNISRD.

Prof Thamdika and I had agreed a  day before to have lunch the following day. It never took place. 

I will send you the photo of the grave of the unsung hero,  Dr Attati, Mpakati. A grave forgotten,  the hero forgotten and unsung.
