Thank you for your update and request from Skyband to connect to the GGC at the Malawi
Internet Exchange (MIX).

I have sent a request to TNM to confirm the agreement reached as you have indicated and it
is my expectation that, since there will be money transactions involved, then there needs to
be a formal signed agreement to proceed.

MISPA is following this closely and it is our concern that the GGC should benefit all its
members at the MIX equitably in a formal manner.
