Afternoon,
So what is the consensus  here, are we going to have the participants pay a little fee. The sooner we send out this information the more time they have to prepare.

Thank you for the confirmation. However, the amount is very close to what needs to be spent and hence MISPA funds will be very low soon after the workshop is executed.

Will what is left be enough to pay the technician ... for example?
