[Mispa-management-l] budget for AFRINIC IPv6 Workshop to be hosted by MISPA

I would like to advise that MISPA and AFRINIC have now reached an advanced stage to run 
the IPv6 Training Workshop scheduled to be hosted by MISPA at College of Medicine from 
09-13 September 2019.

It is hence time to look at the budget estimates for the workshop following hosting 
arrangements agreed between MISPA and AFRINIC.

Here attached is my first attempt on the budget estimate ver 0.5.  I would like to request 
yopur comments so that we can make this more realistic. I am particularly looking for 
comments from College of Medicine as the host.

I also need the MISPA Treasurer - Victor - to carefully scrutinise the budget and confirm if 
MISPA has the funds to host and run this workshop.

AFRINIC has assigned the following facilitators from AFRINIC for the workshop:

1). Mukom Tamon (Cameroonian) 
2). Stephen Honlue (Cameroonian)
3). Bashir Agode ( Kenyan)
4). Willy Manga (Cameroonian)

As agreed with AFRINIC, one airticket for the facilitators will be funded by MISPA as shown 
on the budget estimate for a Mauritius-Blantyre ticket and AFRINIC has allocated this to:

Air -Ticket (1)  - Bashir Angode

Also as agreed, MISPA will fund accommodation for 2 facilitators as shown on the budget 
estimate and AFRINIC has allocated this to:

Hotel (2)  - Bashir Angode & Mukom Tamon

The AFRINIC contact on this is Emma Perrier <emma at afrinic.net>  and I have a scheduled 
meeting with her on Tuesday 20 August 2019, next week.  I would therefore really appreciate 
if I could have comments from you as the MMC members by then.
