MMC,
MISPA Management Committee

I would like to advise that AFRINIC called (by phone) to indicate that AFRINIC has accepted
the MISPA offer to host an AFRINIC IPv6 and INRM Training Workshop and AFRINIC has
scheduled it to take place from 21-24 May 2019 in Blantyre.

As you may recall MISPA requested this as detailed here below.

AFRINIC indicated that they called in advance to check if the dates are ok with MISPA and
then they will follow this up with a written confirmation with details on hosting requirements.

I accpeted the dates on the phone.

I would now like to request the MMC to start preparing for this workshop.

As a first step, I would like to request Arthur Mtegha to confirm that we can get a room for 25
participants to be used host the workshop at College of Medicine on the proposed dates.

Regards,

Paulos
