I would like to call a MISPA Management Committee Meeting as here attached and as 
follows:

The draft agenda for the meeting is proposed as follows:

1.	Minutes of the last meeting and matters arising
2.	Progress on updating MISPA bank account signatories
3.	Progress of renovation works on MIX room including air conditioning, ceiling, wooden 
floor removal, rack re-alignment, power backup
4.	Delivery of rack from MTL to MIX room
5.	Progress on hosting Akamai services at the MIX
6.	Port fees at the MIX
7.	Collection of membership fees for 2019
8.	Arrangements and progress on TNM collection of GGC Fees
9.	Recruitment of a technician for the MIX
10.	Consideration for an IXP in Lilongwe
11.	Traffic monitoring on the MIX and access to the graphs
12.	Participation of MISPA in Malawi CERT
13.	Date of next Annual General Meeting (AGM) for MISPA
14.	Date of next Management Committee Meeting
