I would like to call a MISPA Management Committee Meeting as follows:

Venue: 	College of Medicine ICT Boardroom, Blantyre.

The draft agenda for the meeting is proposed as follows:

1.	Minutes of the last meeting and matters arising
2.	Nomination of office bearers:
	proposal (a) secretary(TNM), (b) treasurer(Nitel)
3.	Progress on updating MISPA bank account signatories
4.	Progress of renovation works on MIX room including air conditioning, ceiling, wooden
	floor removal, rack re-alignment, power, TNM offer
5.	Delivery of rack from MTL to MIX room
6.	Progress on hosting Akamai services at the MIX
7.	Port fees at the MIX
8.	Collection of membership fees for 2019
9.	Arrangements and progress on TNM collection of GGC Fees
10.	Recruitment of a technician for the MIX
11.	Consideration for an IXP in Lilongwe
12.	Traffic monitoring on the MIX and access to the graphs
13.	Participation of MISPA in Malawi CERT
14.	Date of next Annual General Meeting (AGM) for MISPA
15.	Date of next Management Committee Meeting
