MISPA BANK ACCOUNT SIGNATORIES - ADD & REMOVE

I would like to request National Bank of Malawi to process the updating of bank signatories 
for the MISPA bank account as here attached.

I would therefore like to request you to do the following:

1. Mr Victor Chidzitsano of TNM to visit SDNP ground floor office to sign the signatories form

2. Mr Arthur Mtegha of College of Medicine to visit SDNP ground floor office to sign the 
signatories form

3. Mr Fred Kamwaza, one of the current signatories, to visit SDNP ground floor office to sign 
(i) letter to the the bank (ii)signatories form bottom area as the current MISPA Member 
signatory

4. Mr Steven Ngwaira of TNM to visit SDNP ground floor office to sign the minutes of the 
2017 MISPA AGM as required by the bank.

Original copies of the above documents are in a folder at the SDNP Ground Floor Office and 
you can schedule your visit to sign them by calling the SDNP number 01874979.

I will be out to 2018 AFPIF on 20-25 August 2018 and I would really appreciate if you could 
visit the office as above and sign the documents so that I can take them to the bank when I 
return.
