    Dear Paulos,
     
    We take note of your email dated 8th June where you expressed dissatisfaction with 
    traffic levels for GGC. We have been looking at this and have come up with a 
    decision to enter into the long-pending commercial phase effective 1st July 2017 as 
    the most sustainable way of growing the traffic. It is our considered belief that in 
    this way, we will optimise the GGC services in every way possible for the benefit of 
    everybody. Find attached official communication on the same.
