I still do not see it, see results copied here below.

You will see that when I traceroute to other networks I see the traffic passing through their 
MIX router on the subnet 196.223.27.0/24

One possible reason could be that you have a direct connection with MTL and hence when I 
origiante traffic from an MTL point the traffic does not go via MIX.

However, I also tested this from my point on the Globe network, chambo3, as you can see 
here below, no luck. Do you also have a direct connection with Globe?

When I originate the traceroute from the routeserver, it seems that the route server knows 
where to through the traffic.

I do not have a network point on Skyband or Airtel to test. Since I am copying this to the 
MISPA mailing list, could someone on those networks please test a traceroute to 
primary.malawi.gov.mw and send us a result?

Does anyone see traffic as passing through the MIX?

Can you Mwai test from Simbanet to Skyband or Airtel and show whether traffic is passing 
through MIX?
