    Dr. Nyirenda

Thank you for your prompt response.

For an agenda, let me propose the usual as follows:

1.      Opening Remarks
2.      Introduction of Participants
3.      Objectives of the Mission/Meeting
4.      An Overview of the RCIPMW and Digital Malawi
5.      Information Gathering Discussions (IGD)
6.      Closing Remarks

The discussions (IGD) will, among several,  cover:

1.      Internet Services/ICT Services
a.      Internet Access levels
b.     Factors limiting diffusion of internet in the country
c.      Affordability of internet services
d.     Socio-economic factors affecting  ISPs
e.     Proposed solutions
f.       Next steps

Needless to say the Chairman and the MISPA membership may amend the above as they
    think appropriate.

    Best regards

    Chimwemwe

    MISPA,
    Mr Matemba, PPPC,

I would like to confirm that MISPA will meet with you and the project team on 10 January
    2016 from 1600.

However, we have chosen to meet at College of Medicine ICT Board Room where MISPA
normally holds its meetings and this venue has been confirmed.

I and MISPA would like to request you and your team to provide in advance any additional
materials and documents that may help to facilitate and make the meeting more
    productive.

In particular, it would be great if you can, as soon as possible, provide an agenda for the
    meeting.

    Regards,

    Paulos
