MISPA,
Mr Matemba, PPPC,

I would like to confirm that MISPA will meet with you and the project team on 10 January
2016 from 1600.

However, we have chosen to meet at College of Medicine ICT Board Room where MISPA
normally holds its meetings and this venue has been confirmed.

I and MISPA would like to request you and your team to provide in advance any additional
materials and documents that may help to facilitate and make the meeting more productive.

In particular, it would be great if you can, as soon as possible, provide an agenda for
the meeting.

Regards,

Paulos
