MISPA,

I would like to recommend that MISPA accepts this invitation to meet with the Collumbia
University team regarding this Digital Malawi project as here invited by PPPC.

I prefer to meet on a neutral ground and hence would prefer College of Medicine ICT Board
Room if available

I would therefore like to request Mr Gremu or Mr Mtegha of College of Medicine to confirm by
close of business today if the CoM ICT Board Room can be made available for this time slot
and if MISPA could meet the visitors there. If not then we can meet at PPPC as offered by
Mr Matemba as here below.

Please indicate who from your ISP will be coming for the meeting and indicate name and
cellphone number.

Regards,

Paulos

    Dr.  Nyirenda

    Complements of the season, Sir!

We write to seek  an appointment with MISP on Tuesday, 10th January 2017 at
16h00 for a meeting with a team  from Columbia University School of International
and Public Affairs. We would like to tentatively propose our offices as venue for the
proposed meeting, however, you are welcome to counterpropose.

The  team, which  is under the aegis of the World Bank, is scheduled to visit Malawi
from 9-13 January, for an economic and financial analysis of  the proposed Digital
Malawi Project as well as an impact assessment of the RCIPMW Project. In
recognition of your association´s critical role in the sector, the team  would  welcome
an opportunity to obtain your insights and acquire some information on  the sector
in Malawi.    In view of the time available to prepare for  the meeting, and bearing in
mind that this is an  information-gathering and not a project formation mission,  we
are open to meet with you individually if it proves onerous or disproportionate  to
assemble  the MISPA  membership.  You will find attached  Terms of Reference for
    the mission.

The group will  comprise at least three (3) development  management specialists.

Let me close by expressing our gratitude for your willingness, over the years,  to
meet with us and provide deep insights on the status of the ICT sector in the
    country.

Looking forward to your timely confirmation.

    Thank you.
