GGC management is done by TNM who are the ones supplying the transit bandwidth for the 
GGC.

Hence, please talk to Mr Victor Chidziwistano of TNM on 0888897828.

I am sending this to the MISPA list so that all from TNM can see this as well as Victor and be 
able to respond to you.

I will be happy to discuss with you and with Simbanet the technical set-up of the GGC.
