Could you measure how much bandwdith TNM is allocating to the GGC transit and howmuch of
it is being used by the GGC ?

Can TNM make available more transit bandwidth as requested by Google and their GGC tean
as copied here below?

When can this be increased?

capacity of the node is significantly higher (10.8 Gbps).
Consequently, the node has unused capacity that we can potentially use to serve more
