[Mispa-l] Simbanet now installing connection to MIX

MISPA,

I would like to advise that Simbanet is this week installing its connection to the MIX.

It is my expectation that their activities on this will not disturb any other connection
or activity at the MIX, however, please let us know if you see anything extraordinary.

Simbanet has declared the parameters here below as their startup for the MIX BGP
peering, please review carefully.
