[Cyber-security-tech-mw-l] champion ? Re: Cyber Security Strategy Draft Log Frame

Malawi is just developing a policy on cyber crime, we still have a long
way to go when we try to look at what other countries have done and those
that have got policies now if you inquire from them they will frankly say
the beginning wasn't easy and its gone through changes a number of times
due to a number of things. in my view its too early to talk of who will
champion when the policy is not complete.
