[Cyber-security-tech-mw-l] champion ? Re: Cyber Security Strategy Draft Log Frame

A colleague from ICAM as a client of SDNP refered me today to page 4 of The Daily Times of 
today 9 Jan 2017 where is an article on "cyber-crimes fight".

This articles deals with who is supposed to be "campion" for this "cyber-crimes fight". 

In developing the National Cyber Security Strategy (NCSS), the issue had arisen in out last 
workshop of who to name, assign, allocate or recommend as national champion for the 
NCSS.

Does the Daily Times articles authoritatively clarify who this champion shoul now be for the 
NCSS ?

Can we include these details in the NCSS, authoritatively ?
