*Special Scholarship Opportunity for Students from Malawi to study at the
University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education*

Through the generosity of the JBJ Foundation, Penn GSE is able to offer *a
full scholarship each year to one incoming master's student from Malawi*.
This award will *cover all tuition and fees, and provide a living stipend,
roundtrip airfare to and from Philadelphia, and supplemental internship
funding*. All Malawian master's applications will be automatically
considered for this scholarship when reviewed for admission consideration.

PennGSE is hosting two upcoming Virtual Information Sessions to meet with
prospective students from Malawi to talk about the GSE programs, the
admissions process, and this scholarship opportunity:

There is no separate application process for students to be considered for
this scholarship.  *All Malawian applicants to all master’s programs will
be automatically considered for the award. *While there are many programs
to choose from, one that is particularly attractive to international
students is the International Educational Development program.
