All the Universities that I know which have medical schools and school for health sciences, the medical school is always the major partier with the school for health sciences more like an auxiliary college. The way it is done here, one wonders if there is a medical school becaus eit looks like a health sciences campus

I am not sure my question was answered. But I will respond to yours. I suppose with College of Medicine joining colleagues from Nursing, there was a group, mostly not being medical doctors themselves, who argued that the new entity was far more than Just medicine. They then motivated for Health Sciences.

Laws may not help that much if the law enforcers themselves are captured, especially if the Presidency is involved. Game over!
