[civsoc-mw] Status of the Commission and resignation of MEC CEO

This is a circus. Two courts found the commissioners not worth of holding
such positions.

The Supreme court asked parliament to do the needful to dismiss them.
Parliament investigated and recommended to the then president to dismiss
them. The Academic lawyer Arthur Mutharika ignores both the courts and
parliament. He rehires the disgraced Tippex commissioners.

Now when we thought the wrong is being corrected the 2 go to the courts.
They should have appealled the court judgement which questioned their
competence or stopped parliament from conducting an investigation. So these
2 are more important than the courts and parliament?

Surely somewhere on continent 2 individuals live in a banana republic.

What will the courts do? Nullify the Supreme court judgement and parliament
recommendation?
