Apa pokha ndiye waenjeza- does the fact that one is a pastor mean asakhale
pa ntchito ina ili yonse?? Ubusa udabwela pa mbuyo pa journalism.  Brian is
a lay pastor in his church but he trained as a journalist so what has that
to do with his position? He has always been working as a journalist and
preaching during weekends. Yes, the number of advisors may be an issue but
theology or pastoral work is not. I have worked in the NGO sector for many
years but i am also a lay preacher in my church. My role in the church has
nothing to do with my role as a Head of an institution
