I don't know Seodi and I have never met her. Some of the problems are self
inflicted.

Seodi was on public domain insulting Chilima at one point.

As a Director she was expected to lead the reforms and give SKC progress
reports.

I am not sure that with what she had been posting against Chilima she can
work with him.

This mentality that you are Malawian or human then you shouldn't be
relieved of your duties will not take us anywhere.

I believe most directors are just enjoying the perks without doing any
work. They get busy with politics, workshops and meetings.

If Malawi is to change, people should prove their worth. Don't just throw
your name and qualifications around. Prove your usefulness to justify why
taxpayers pay you.
