[civsoc-mw] Governance prize from Chatham House

It is good to reward good behaviour. Such awards reinforce good behaviour.
I am sure there could be magistrates and judges in other countries who have
been motivated by such an awards. Doing good becomes second nature like
using tooth brush in the morning. The judges, though they were doing their
job, deserve a commendation. They did their job in a good way. They could
have chosen to do the same job in a bad way. Law or justice is not an exact
science. The 200 cars case should remind you of what I am trying to say
