consider Martha as an achiever because of this appointment? Mind you, the
President could appoint even a standard one pupil to hold this post, that's
not an achievement. He could even appoint a chief. These advisors are
draining public money, they're being paid of. You may later learn that
Martha is being rewarded for being in inner circle during campaign period
for President Chakwera. I doubt that her qualifications would make her
attain this position if it was advertised. This is not an achievement. She
should not be allowed to cheat girls that she's a role model.  Remember,
Mai Sineki, Mai Manjankhosi, Mai Dinala! Add Mai Kwataine to this list,
these are not achievers. I can assure you that CEOs of most NGOs are
scratching their balls waiting for kutukwanidwa.
