I don't think these positions require qualifications. Most people believe
these are boot licking positions or positions creation to appease. I agree
with the USA infidel. Whoever came up with these positions was high on
crack. We will end up with the Nigerian position of having advisors who
advise the advisor to the president. These are money minting positions
