Don't try to defend the undeniable.

Mwaungulu simply said that there was nothing wrong for president to import
125 duty free because in his wisdom the constitution says so.

He went further to say parliament should amend the constitution to specify
the number. Some of us were shocked because the constitution clearly says
'for personal use'. He ignored that.

He repeated it here last week. MRA knew what were doing. ACB was not
involved.
