Collective guilt? You had to be the devil incarnet for one to be commander
of MYP or secretary general of MCP in those days my friend. I think you are
sad such positions eluded you. The police can not be bad. It is some people
in the police who are bad. MEC the institution can not be bad if all its
employees are good. This is the simple reality of life. Take out the bad
apples, the institution will not be bad. For the umpteenth time, can you
give me a name in MCP that gave Orton chirwa as a gift to the ngwazi?
